UAE HIRING 2026: Momentum Is Picking Up

As of 24 September 2026, the UAE employment market is heading into Q4 with significantly stronger hiring intentions.

According to ManpowerGroup’s latest Employment Outlook Survey of 557 UAE employers:

  • 50% plan to increase headcount before year-end
  • UAE Net Employment Outlook stands at +41%
  • This is up 24 points from Q3
  • The UAE also sits above the +29% global average
  • Finance & Insurance: +60%
  • Hospitality: +59%
  • Professional, Scientific & Technical Services: +53%

Broader Hiring Trends

The wider picture is also encouraging.

LinkedIn’s UAE Economic Graph Report 2026, developed in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Trade, found that the UAE maintained hiring above 2019 levels throughout 2025, with renewed hiring momentum emerging in June 2026.

Real estate recorded particularly strong hiring growth relative to 2019, while education, construction, healthcare, administrative services, and transport & logistics also remained above the national average.

What This Means

The UAE hiring market appears to be moving toward more targeted, skills-driven recruitment, while overall employer confidence heading into the final quarter of 2026 has strengthened considerably.

For professionals and businesses alike, the trend points to a market where specialized skills, sector experience and adaptability are becoming increasingly important.
